At Clover, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Clover account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
