Our small Tassel Maker can embellish anything from home décor to clothing and other accessories. The small Tassel Maker makes 3 sizes: 1 3/16 in., 1 9/16 in., and 2 in. Also available in a larger size (Art. No. 9941) which makes 5 sizes.
Instructions:
- Choose the desired size and adjust
- Wind the thread.
- Tie the center with cord
- Insert the scissors in the groove and cut
- Make the neck
- Trim the ends to even them and you are done!
